Kiwifruit operations in New Zealand.
Our New Zealand office is in Dannevirke, in the Tararua District. From here we run orchard, harvest and packing operations and supply seasonal crews to growers.
What we do in NZ
Growing, harvest and seasonal work.
- Orchard management, pruning, thinning and canopy work
- Harvest crews — picking into bins, often paid by piece rate with a guaranteed minimum wage
- Grading, packing and cool-store roles
- Seasonal labour supply to partner orchards and packhouses
Working in New Zealand
Every worker receives a written employment agreement. Pay, holiday pay, KiwiSaver and tax (IRD) are handled under New Zealand employment law, and all workers complete a site health and safety induction.
Visa routes depend on the role and your nationality (for example the Recognised Seasonal Employer scheme, the Accredited Employer Work Visa, or an existing open work visa). We will explain which applies before any offer — always check official guidance at immigration.govt.nz.
